The guided meditations and short articles on this website are intended to help us “Come Home to Our Hearts” and live aligned with our true self and divine purpose. You might begin with the “Connecting to Source” meditation or watching the “You are Safe” video or reading one of the articles that catches your attention.
I share these tools to help us maintain our connection to our deep truth no matter what is going on around us. When we are fully present to what is, we can more easily create a life we desire. Without this inner peace and clarity, we might be sunk in the storm or lead others off a cliff. Maintaining our energy, frequency and alignment makes a difference to us and the energy we put out in the world.
We are powerful creators with access to infinite possibilities. Let us use the Light and Love of Source within us and beyond us our to live with gratitude, grace and forgiveness.
